Ovaj super ukusni recept za pečeni francuski tost podiže francuski tost na sasvim novu razinu! Ovo lagano francusko jelo u tepsiji vrhunski je doručak za odmor ili vikend!!
- 1 narezani hljeb
- 8 jaja
- 2 šolje mlijeka
- pola šolje vrhnja za kuhanje
- 150 gr šećera 3/4 šolje
- 1 kašika vanilije
- pola šolje brašna
- pola šolje smeđeg šećera
- 1 kašičica cimeta
- 2 prstohvata soli
- pola šolje putera isjeckanog na kockice

Izrežite hljeb na kockice (svaku krišku hljeba) i stavite u podmazanu tepsiju.

U zdjeli umutite jaja, mlijeko, vrhnje, šećer i vaniliju. Pospite preko kockica hljeba u tepsiji.

Pokrijte posudu plastičnom folijom i ostavite u frižideru preko noći.

U zdjelu srednje veličine, stavite brašno, smeđi šećer, cimet i so. Sve to zajedno promiješajte.

Isjeckani maslac stavite u ovu smjesu sa brašnom i promiješajte maslac sa tom smjesom dok ne postane mrvičan. Zatim tu smjesu stavite u zip vrećicu i stavite u frižider preko noći.

Kad budete spremni peći, izvadite pripremljeno iz frižidera. Smjesu iz zip vrećice pospite preko hljeba u tepsiji.

Pecite otprilike 45 minuta do 1 sat na 180 stepeni u zavisnosti od toga koliko želite da bude mekano.
