Pita od paradajza bez kore

Pita od paradajza je ukusno niskokalorično jelo, savršeno je za ručak ili večeru.

Sastojci
  • 4 paradajza izrezana na krugove
  • 1-2 kašičice soli
  • 1 kašika putera
  • pola šolje isjeckanog luka
  • 1 čehno bijelog luka isjeckanog
  • pola kašičice crnog bibera
  • 2 kašike svježe isjeckanog origana
  • 6-7 liski bosiljka isjeckanih
  • 2 šolje mocarele naerendane plus još za po vrhu
  • 2 umućena jaja
Instrukcije
  1. Izrežite paradajz i poredajte po tanjiru. Pospite sa malo soli i ostavite da tako stoji nekih 10-20 minuta.

  2. Otopite puter u manjoj tavi na srednjoj temperaturi. Dodajte luk i bijeli luk i pržite dok luk ne smekša, nekih 8 minuta otpilike. Premjestite luk u srednju posudu (zdjelu).

  3. Dodajte sir, jaja, začine i biber u posudu. Promiješajte sve. Uključite rernu na 200 stepeni.

  4. Upijte vodu sa paradajza ubrusom. Zatim paradajz stavite u pripremljenu podmazanu posudu. Pospite 1/4 šolje smjese sa sirom. Ponavljajte tako dok sve ne iskoristite, zadnji na kraju treba da bude paradajz. Na kraju po vrhu pospite mocarela sirom.

  5. Pecite na 200 stepeni nekih 30-40 minuta. Pustite da odstoji 5-7 minuta prije serviranja.

    First of all I want to say terrific blog! I had a quick question in which I’d like to ask if you do not mind.
    I was curious to find out how you center yourself and clear
    your head prior to writing. I have had difficulty clearing my mind in getting my thoughts
    out. I do take pleasure in writing but it just
    seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are wasted simply just trying to figure out how to begin. Any recommendations or hints?

As for your question, I completely understand how hard it can be to get started I often take a few minutes to disconnect from everything, make a cup of coffee, and simply write without worrying if it’s perfect. Once the flow starts, it gets easier. Don’t be too hard on yourself even short sessions add up over time.
